Like several other celebrities, Lucci has also landed some controversies in his life and career. During the beginning of 2021, arrest warrants were issued in Atlanta, Georgia after Lucci was charged in a shooting incident.
APD (Atlanta Police Department) told the Press that this incident had left a man dead and a young man of 28 wounded.
Lucci was arrested on January 13, 2021 as a suspect in the said shooting and he was also booked on charges of “aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity”.
Lucci was then released on house arrest upon posting a bond of $500,000 on February 8, 2021.
Bennet was among the group of 12 men charged in a RICO indictment of 105-count. The charges that Lucci faced included violation of the anti-gang law of the state, racketeering, and possessing firearms while a felony was being committed.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, Bennet was identified as a member of a faction of the Bloods. Bennet’s attorney argued the case and claimed that Lucci was never guilty of any charges leveled against him. On June 1, 2021, Bennet was denied bond by a Fulton County Judge.
