Marshall was a key player on the team, averaging 3.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game.

As a junior, Marshall only averaged 8.5 minutes of playing time per game in 30 matches, with limited playing time taking place during his final year.

As his senior year came along, he became the team captain and worked alongside Amile Jefferson and Matt Jones to improve his skills as an inside defender.

Professional Career of Marshall Plumlee

Marshall Plumlee’s professional basketball career has been a roller coaster ride. He didn’t get drafted in the 2016 NBA draft but joined the New York Knicks for the 2016 NBA Summer League.

Marshall signed with the Los Angeles Clippers on September 27, 2017, but was waived shortly after. By that point in time, he’d appeared in four preseason games.

On January 15, Marshall put pen to paper for a deal with the Milwaukee Bucks for the coming season. It would ultimately involve him playing for two teams – the main NBA side and the G League team Milwaukee has instead of a B Team.

Marshall took part in national games representing two countries. He helped out with USA Basketball at the FIBA America Cup last year before broadening his horizons with some playtime for the senior United States squad earlier this year.
