On February 17, 1992, he was found guilty of fifteen of the sixteen murders he had committed in Wisconsin and given fifteen consecutive life sentences. After committing another murder in Ohio in 1978, Dahmer received a sixteenth life sentence.

He was an alcoholic and neglected child who had become an antisocial teenager.

A little over three months after killing Smith, Dahmer met a 22-year-old Chicagoan named Ernest Miller on North 27th Street. Miller accepted $50 from Dahmer to take him to his flat and let him listen to his internal organs.

Miller told Dahmer, “That’ll cost you more,” so Dahmer offered Miller a drink laced with two sleeping tablets instead of performing oral sex on him.

Upon Dahmer’s return to his apartment in the wee hours of May 27, he saw Sinthasomphone sitting naked on the corner of 25th and State, conversing in Lao, with three distraught young women standing nearby.

Dahmer approached the group and tried to escort Sinthasomphone (who he called “John Hmung”) to his apartment by the arm, telling the women he knew him from before.

The unit is over 500 square feet and features one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment’s furnishings are very impressive. In addition, there are exquisite works of art and deluxe furnishings.

That horrible thing that occurred behind closed doors is unfortunate, too. The building housing the flat was torn down in 1991.

To sum up

Between 1978 and 1991, Jeffrey Dahmer was accused of killing 17 young men. Twelve of them were murdered in his apartment on North 25th Street.

After killing his first two victims at his parent’s house in Ohio and the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee, he went to his grandmother’s house in West Allis and killed and mutilated three more people there.

Dahmer’s victims represented 14 different minority groups, with 9 being black. Dahmer insisted that the physical appearance of a potential victim was far more important to him than their race.
